SURPRISE ENDING!

This is gonna be quite the blog post!........... Just you wait!

I am super excited to share a few pics with you from my last couple of sessions! So let's just get right to it!

Meet Christopher. :) Isn't he a cutie?? He wasn't too excited about getting his pics made so his mom kept making funny faces and acting goofy to get him to lighten up.

Ah. They are fun.

and his equally cute brother C.J. was working the camera...let me tell ya! 

It was a blast working with these two...even if Chris pretended not to like it ;)

Next, I did a session with a good friend, Courtney! She did some shots for her mom and aunt. We took two days to do all these! Super fun! 

She even got in the water!

and last we did the shoot with our Photo contest winner, Veronica!

The camera LOVES that girl, let me tell ya! She posed effortlessly and got beautiful pics in return!

SO MUCH FUN! I always have a blast taking pictures! :)

Photo Contest Winners!

Over the past week, we had a photo contest on our Facebook page: Andrea Yount Photography

It was a blast for us!!! We had a little trouble judging though because they were all SO good!! SO we just picked 4 total winners!

our first winner with most likes (147!!!) was Alexus! She won half off of a session so look forward to some awesome country pics of her!!!! Here is her photo:

Head Shots

You know how as you get older, you still picture yourself as you were in high school?  I guess that is when we first start really knowing who we are, and getting an actual picture in our mind of ourselves and it sticks. I used to love getting my picture made and was such a ham! Now, I find I am behind the camera more and don't quite enjoy it so much. We will blame it on the fact that I'm the photographer, but I'll let you in on a little secret....

It might have a tad to do with the fact that I will be 30 this year, have 4 kids, and well....my mind's photo of me doesn't look as much like the one that pops up in my PhotoShop window....

Regardless, my assistant is so good at following direction and has a steady hand, so these head shots (with the help of PS of course) turned out pretty good! :) I thought they would be a good introductory post. MEET THE PHOTOGRAPHER!
